Return and Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your experience with Secured LEDs. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.
To start your return, email us at returns@securedleds.com. Once approved, we’ll send the address to you to return the items. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we can’t accept unapproved returns.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
While we strive to make returns easy, there are certain exceptions: Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) & gift cards.
If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
