How long does shipping take?
In stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping depends on your selection during checkout. An expedited shipping option is available. For items that show as "Crafted on Demand", please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Where do you ship, and where are products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from Roanoke, TX and we currently ship within the domestic US. If you're outside these areas, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you have the Shop app, you can track your order and updates from there.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. See full policy here.
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
If interested in an exchange, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.
What happens if my item is damaged?
Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account or use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If you have the Shop app, log in to easily view the order details.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes, create an account on our page or sign for our newsletter to receive exclusive discounts, promo codes, and frequent giveaways.

Note: Every item we produce is carefully inspected by our QA team to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping. Our items are crafted with precision and care, but as part of the 3D-printed process, slight variations or unique characteristics may occur. If you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What’s the difference between Pro and Lite Brackets?
At Secured LEDs, we’ve titled our bracket series to simplify your shopping experience.
Pro Brackets are engineered specifically for Govee Pro Permanent Outdoor Lights, offering unmatched durability and stability for professional installations. Meanwhile, Lite Brackets are designed for the Govee Non-Pro Permanent Outdoor Light Series (Original Version, Version 2, and Elite Version H705).
Do you offer installation?
Yes, we offer professional installation of permanent outdoor lighting in the Fort Worth, TX area. Email install@securedleds.com for availability.
What are your products made of?
Our products are made of high-quality, weather-resistant materials like PETG for durability.
Is Hardware Included?
Yes, We include two screws with each bracket and even throw in a #2 phillips-head bit and a couple of extra screws to make installation as smooth as possible.
Which lights are compatible with your brackets?
Currently, our brackets are compatible with popular Govee permanent outdoor lighting models. Check the product page for compatibility details.
What tools are required for installation?
In addition to the standard equipment needed to install outdoor lighting, our brackets can be mounted using a screwdriver or electric drill with the proper bit.
